AI Nexus agrees to maintain the confidentiality of client information and may enter into separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) as required. We will not disclose confidential information except:

• With client's written consent
• As required by law
• To protect our rights or property
• In case of emergency to protect personal safety

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8.2 Results Disclaimer

While we work diligently to achieve project goals, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Success depends on various factors, some of which are beyond our control.

8.3 Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Nexus or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on AI Nexus's website, even if AI Nexus or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Nexus and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees).

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual agreements. Upon termination:

• All outstanding invoices become immediately due
• Access to services will be discontinued
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• Data may be returned or destroyed as agreed

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.

13. Changes to Terms

AI Nexus reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms.
